USING LUMI COAT SUPREME CREAM

STEP 1
Apply the product on cleansed, conditioned & towel-dried hair.
When applying the Supreme Cream, start from the middle of your hair right down to the ends. For curls twist the hair while applying product to each string of hair.
STEP 2
Activate the fiber sealing technology with heat. For straight to wavy hair use a blow-dryer and brush or hot tools. For curly hair use a blow-dryer and diffuser.
STEP 3
For best results, style as desired with Keune products.

Q: HOW DOES MY HAIR PROTECT ITSELF?
Nature protects our hair shaft with a lipid layer (called the “18-MEA layer”) that acts as a shield against damage. However, when we expose our hair to the elements or chemical treatments, this layer gets irreparably damaged. Our hair can become prone to breakage, tangling and frizz.
Q: WHAT IS THE HEALTH CONDITION OF MY HAIR?
It’s easy to test the condition of your hair. Simply take a strand of clean hair and put it in a cup of water. Make sure that the hair has just been washed and has no oil on it. If the hair floats then that is a sign that it is healthy and nature’s 18-MEA layer is still in good condition. If it sinks to the bottom of the cup, then the hair strand is porous and the 18-MEA layer is damaged.
Q: WHAT CAUSES MY HAIR TO LOSE ITS SHINE?
For hair to shine, it needs to be smooth enough to reflect light and shine. The better the hair is sealed (by the 18-MEA layer), the smoother it is, and the better it is able to reflect light and appear to shine. If the 18-MEA layer is damaged, the cuticle layers aren’t aligned and the hair isn’t smooth. Therefore, the hair isn’t able to reflect light as well or give the appearance of shining.
